Each brewing method requires a specific grind level to make the

extraction more efficient during the brewing process.

  1. Use fresh, cold water.
  2. Never use boiling water, temperature should be between 185 F and 205 F.
  3. Once brew, do not let the coffee sit for a long time, and drink it as soon as possible.

 

French Press/Cafetiere:  Use coarse ground coffee.

 

 

Percolator: Use medium ground coffee.

Drip: Use fine ground coffee.

 

Espresso: extra fine ground this brewing method is use for espresso and cappuccino drinks.

 

Pulverized: It is used to make Turkish, Greek or Arabic coffee. Coffee should be ground very finely, like talc.
