We specialized in private label; the bulk of our business comes from supplying the coffee industry with private label coffee. We can pack 5lb , I kilo , 16oz , 12oz and 8oz bags as well as fractional packs for the retail and coffee service/ institutional industry. We are very flexible on the amount of packs required for private label. In the case of large bags such as 5lb, 1 kilo, 16oz, 12oz and 8oz we required that the customer obtain his/ her own label and supply us with it. We will recommend different label companies that we work with and they in turn will help you with the set up and printing of the labels. Usually label costs depend on the amount of labels ordered. Minimums are usually 1000 units that can costs up to 20 cents each for a 4x3 label. However, if you order large amounts (30,000 and up) your price go down to 3 cents apiece. Most of the label companies will require you to supply them with the artwork of the label, but in some cases their art department will help you set it up. The initial investment by the customer in this type of private label is usually about $300.00 for plate and printing charges, not including the label.

A minimum quantity of coffee for private label in smaller weights, 1 kilo, 16oz, 12oz, and 8oz is 60 units of each flavor or coffee blend. However, for an extra fee we can pack as little as 1 bag of each product, usually 50 cent per bag up charge. In the case of 5lb bags there is no minimum.

As far as a fractional pack is concern, from 1oz to 4oz, we will require the customer to purchase his or her own film. As is in the case of the larger bags, the film printers will require the customer to supply them with artwork in order to make printing plates for the film. Usually the costs of the film depend on the complexity of the artwork. A 5 color film 6.5 inches long repeats, will costs about $300.00 for a minimum of 4 rolls , each roll yields about 7000 units ( as little as 4 cents for each impression). There is a onetime fee for plate charge, of about $1000.00. The initial cost for private label customer that requires fractional packs is usually between $2200 and $2500.00, and this includes the plate charge, and 4 rolls of film.

The costs of the coffee for private label are pertinent to the quality and type of coffee desired. Price will also vary depending on the amount ordered.
